Care & Cleaning

Cleaning

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth. There is a motor and a battery inside, so it never goes under a tap or into water.

The rope

That part can be washed on its own, warm soapy water, rinse, and air dry fully before it goes back on.

Charging

USB-C, about two hours to full. Charge it between sessions rather than leaving it on the cable permanently.

Storage

Somewhere your dog cannot reach it unsupervised. It is a chase toy, not a chew toy, and left out it will be treated as one.

Retire it when
