Paste the number from your shipping confirmation email. It works for every carrier we ship with, so you do not need to know which one is carrying your parcel.

Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and we will email you a one-time code. There is no password to remember. Your orders, delivery status and tracking links are all in one place.

How tracking works here
Your order is picked and packed by our fulfillment partner, who ships it directly to you.
Shopify emails you a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Your tracking number goes in Track Parcel above. Your account keeps your orders and their delivery details together, so you can check either way.
A brand new tracking number can take a little while to appear on the carrier's own system. If a search returns nothing at first, it is worth trying again later before getting in touch.
