Care & Cleaning
How to keep it in good order, as the manufacturer states it.
Washing
Cool gentle cycle with a mild detergent, on its own. A soaked polyester-fill mat is heavy and will not rinse properly in a crowded drum.
No softener
It coats the pile and flattens it. A couple of clean tennis balls in the drum do more good.
Drying
Air dry flat. Turn it halfway so both faces dry evenly. It is reversible, so both faces matter.
Reviving the pile
Once dry, shake it hard and brush it out against the lie of the plush.
Measure the crate, not the dog.
