The PerriPaws Cooling Mat gives your dog or cat a place of their own to stretch out. It is a thin quilted pad, so you can lay it on the floor, in a crate or on the sofa, then fold it up and move it wherever your pet chooses to settle.

What you get

  • Honeycomb quilted surface: the top is stitched into a hexagon pattern, with soft raised fabric between the seams.
  • Finished piped edge: a bound trim is stitched around the whole pad, enclosing the edges.
  • Thin, flat pad: a pad rather than a bed, so it sits level where it is laid down.

Getting the size right.

Five sizes, flat:

  • S: 30 × 40 cm (11.8 × 15.7 in). Cats, kittens, carrier bases.
  • M: 40 × 50 cm (15.7 × 19.7 in). Small dogs.
  • L: 50 × 70 cm (19.7 × 27.6 in). Medium dogs.
  • XL: 70 × 100 cm (27.6 × 39.4 in). Large dogs.
  • XXL: 100 × 150 cm (39.4 × 59.1 in). Giant breeds, or a mat that covers a whole crate floor or a sofa seat.

Measure your pet lying stretched out on their side and pick a mat they fit on fully, a cooling mat only does anything where the body is actually touching it. If it is going in a crate or on a bed, measure that surface instead and take the size that lies flat on it.

Measurements are taken by hand and the manufacturer allows a small tolerance.
