Hand wash only
The manufacturer specifies hand washing. Use cool water and a mild detergent, and do not put it through a machine cycle, the shaped bun wall and the ruffled trim are what lose their shape first.
Drying
Press the water out rather than wringing, then air dry completely and away from direct heat before your pet uses it again. A thick plush base takes longer to dry than it looks.
Between washes
Lift off loose fur with a lint roller or a rubber brush and shake the cushion back into shape.
