Care & Cleaning

Empty it every session

A full canister kills suction long before it looks full. Tip it out when you finish, not when it stops working.

The filter

Tap it clear after each use and wash it when it stops looking clean. Let it dry completely before it goes back in, a damp filter blocks airflow and strains the motor.

Blades

Brush the clippings out and put a drop of clipper oil on the cutting edge. A dry blade pulls hair.

Hose

Check it for a blockage if suction drops suddenly. That is almost always what it is.

Do not

Rinse the motor unit or the hose connector. Only the canister, the filter and the combs go near water.
